Based on your trimester (pre-conception and/or postpartum), food preferences, training regime, lifestyle and whatever pregnancy symptoms (like nausea, heartburn and hunger shifts) come your way.

  • Initial Diet and Lifestyle Assessment - So I can start where you are.

  • Goal Setting and Biofeedback Markers - Used to track small wins and how your body is responding to changes.

  • Actionable guidance on common pregnancy symptoms, questions, nutrients, and supplements!

  • Unlimited program adjustments and updates as necessary - Keeping things relevant.

  • Supporting Material - Meal Plans, Grocery Lists or Recipes as needed!

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • 60 Minute Monthly Consultation (In person or Video Call) - A set formal time to review progress, plan ahead for upcoming barriers and go over additional support as needed.

  • Weekly Check-Ins - To answer any on-the-go questions, provide additional support or make adjustments as needed! Pregnancy and postpartum are a time when your body is in a constant state of change - because of this, our nutritional needs are also always changing. I want to ensure you are supported during this time with weekly check-ins.
