BABIES AND BARBELLS

This is an 6 week progressive program is catered to pregnant or postpartum mamas. Bring the babies with you or have this time solo, whatever works best for your life!

WHO IS THIS SEMINAR FOR?

  • Anyone who is pregnant - no matter where you are along your journey.

  • Postpartum mamas who want to bridge the gap between having a baby and getting back to the form of exercise you love!

  • Anyone dealing with postpartum symptoms - prolapse, incontinence, diastasis recti etc.

  • For all existing gym members, and anyone who has been exercising already postpartum but looking to join an amazing community of other mamas.

THESE CLASSES ARE:

  • Scalable to any fitness level and ability

  • Will meet you where you’re at in your pregnancy or postpartum

  • Led by a certified P&PP coach who knows how to adjust workouts and modify them based on your needs, goals, tendencies and symptoms.

  • A great place to meet other mamas and babies… and so so much more.
