One-on-one personal training includes:
Goal Setting - Focusing on short and long term goals and implementing programming to support them!
Education - I want you to understand what your body is currently going through and WHY we are modifying specific movements. Get your workout in AND get educated on breathing strategies, postural tendencies and application.

Suitable for an individual who wants 1 on 1 time, but doesn’t want to commit 10 sessions.

10 SESSIONS ($945.00)
This option is great for the individual that wants a program catered to them as an individual. I will design a program specified to you, your goals and concerns no matter what your fitness level.
